I stood on the scale today and after a wonderful weekend of friends and food, I didn’t lose any weight. Of course not…I stopped counting calories for four days. Thank goodness I continued riding my bike and walking the dog or I’m sure I would have gained weight.
At the end of four weeks, I should be at 14 pounds. I’m not. I’m at 9 pounds. No worries, I’ll just lose 5 pounds this week. Yeah that’s it. I’ll walk an extra mile, bike an extra two miles, and try not to stress.Yeah that’s it.
